Extension springs with any type of hook (English, German, formed, single, double, extended, welded), made of round wire.

Materials

The following materials are commonly used:
 
  • stainless steel wire grades 1.4310, 1.4310 H, 1.4568, 1.4404 according to EN ISO 6931-1, and grades 1.4301, 1.4539, 1.4462 according to EN 10088-3;
  • copper alloys: brass and phosphor bronze according to EN 12166;
  • carbon steel wire grades SL, SM, SH, DM, DH according to EN 10270-1, also available pre-galvanized;
  • oil-tempered steel wire grades FD, TD, VD Cr-Si, Cr-V, Cr-Si-V according to EN 10270-2.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

At the customer’s request and thanks to our wide network of reliable suppliers, we can carry out treatments such as:

  • manganese phosphating;
  • passivation;
  • PTFE coating;
  • ultrasonic cleaning;
  • shot peening;
  • epoxy coating;
  • cataphoresis coating;
  • white and yellow trivalent zinc plating (Cr VI free);
  • zinc phosphating.
