QUALITY
Quality is a fundamental element of our production process. Since 1995, we have held Quality Management System Certification according to UNI EN ISO 9001.
To ensure maximum precision and reliability of our springs, we carry out rigorous checks at every stage of production:
FIRST STAGE:
Incoming inspections: We use high-precision instruments, such as micrometers, to verify material conformity.
SECOND STAGE
Automatic in-process inspections: We continuously monitor quality through:
- LED50 and laser systems for measuring the free length of the spring;
- ECT technology for surface quality control of the wire.
THIRD STAGE
In-process inspection stations: Located in the production and grinding departments, they ensure that each component meets the required quality standards.
FOURTH STAGE
Final testing: At the end of the production cycle, each batch undergoes thorough testing using high-precision instruments.
We use:
- dynamometers and torsion meters to verify the mechanical characteristics of the springs;
- 2D and 3D LED systems for automatic dimensional inspection;
- Keyence profile projector for detailed geometry analysis.
This allows us to ensure that each component fully meets the customer’s specifications.
